Not sure. But over the last few filings Wicks missed even the extension deadline a couple times. It would be nice to be on time all the time, but in the grand scheme of things, and to me- Not a big deal. What's a big deal is what ends up being in the report Wicks will file eventually is my guess- just like the previous 16 quarters plus that I've been around.
