ty 'Traderfan' , but still there is big gap exists ... Not sure what I'm missing here.

based on Supplemental Information (page 4)
1,283,729,998 shares of common stock offered for Debt conversion

w/average $0002 conversion price that will be $256K

meanwhile co. stating that

"The Company has drawn $90,000 down of this $110,000 note to date."

"Due to an error on the notes the outstanding balance due on this note has been reduced by $47,963"
