You are missing that the one thing you mentioned doesn't have anything to do with the other thing.

What happened is that Tangiers converted shares way too cheap. So for example if you convert 100 million shares at 0001 instead of 0003 (just for example) then you would have gained 20k bucks in this case if you resell it into the market at 0003. Now of course there are other notes out there that Orie took in the last few months or in the beginning of the year. Now if you have another note out there with 100k principle, and they already took 90k to work with and then the above happened, then 2 things can solve this. Either Tangiers gives back enough shares of the ones that were converted too cheap, or if these are already sold, then COHO get's a kinda 20k credit somehow and in this case one of the other outstanding notes would be reduced by 20k.

Nothing of that other stuff matters here. That's what has happened.
