Yes, commons are toast.

2 Pr's in 2 days and it looks like Gallant doesn't have the money to launch a business plan let alone buying a ticker shell.

All I've read so far is what little Hagan has supposedly accomplished in the past and a sidekick pumping "a strategy" and "potential" without any substance to back it up.
