Yes I got it, so in a way, in one last move JF screwed LVGI shareholders to make a "deal" it's not like people haven't had 3 years to buy 1's 2's 3's what bothers me is there's zero timeable to when this deal gets done only "it takes time" so by March 2018? February 2019? I mean it takes time to screw over shareholders you know
