The "new" people coming "on board" would rather have the share price down here if they are buying on the open market which they are allowed to do without filling out a Form since nothing has been published so for them to sit another month or 2 will give them the opportunity to buy shares dirt cheap, because traders are dumping their shares! They can't increase the A/S hence they may be happy that "some" are getting tired of waiting thereby getting those shares! NOT sure if I made any sense lol but that's what I think is going on !!. $$$LVGI$$$
