Few comments:

1) I think it's pretty clear from commentary that those who know mgt/BOD have been firmly saying "earn the right" to acquire and it's a non-starter to use currency at this price. But that doesn't mean acquisition strategy is dead...just on hold. Reduces dilution risk at this level for sure.

2) Re: Q4, I think Maxim and Aegis estimates are very beatable. Sure, Q4 is 21% due to seasonality, but they are missing the new distribution agreements with 7/11 etc that are just rolling on.

For the first time it feels that estimates are finally beatable. Much better set up
