McKowen and Two Rivers can spin this story all they want. they were duped by tenant #1 over and over again, then kept trying to do business with him, then the Colorado MED only believe tenant 1 side if the story yet all shareholders heard was the bare minimum while money was raised from equity offerings and insiders sold shares to fund rents and eventually more infighting caused tenant 2 to stop paying rent.

Each side is trying to sway public opinion. Now they are trying to make peace. Shareholders want no part of this crap and I would most have sold cause they don’t want to be part of this nightmare that is just unfolding to the public.
