Is PGCX real since nobody seems to not be able to reach them?
I've seen situations before in the past to where when building something huge, the company didn't want to be reached by shareholders answering a bunch of questions until after such huge acquisitions were done. I understand both sides of logic pro and con of such thoughts.
My next action after reading the PR was to verify that at least the company was real. Here's what I did to verify the validity of PGCX which is why I made the decision to continue to take the risk to see what will further materialize.
I called ClearTrust, LLC at 813-235-4490 who is the Transfer Agent (TA) for PGCX as can be confirmed here below within OTC Markets:
The lady I spoke to had confirmed that PGCX is a real company. She told me that they do have a current contract on file with them which confirms key communication with the company's management which confirms that they do exist as a real company. They do have a Due Diligence process to vet their clients. She also confirmed for me that their Share Structure on OTC Markets as listed above is current and up to date and that they verify such every two weeks as part of their contract with PGCX. The Outstanding Shares (OS) being 331,751,739 shares as I was told that any number with a shield by it has been verified.
If you go to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) WHOIS website below, you will see that the PGCX website was updated and created yesterday which confirms recent activity of something definitely is in the mix in my opinion:
