What are the odds that Globenewswire carries recycled news for both PGCX and DPB*?


To me it looks like someone was able to issue two PRs after front-loading the security few minutes/hours beforehand.

Look at that a brand new website for PGCX filed on 11/15/17 and I still can't get a fill.

was definitely leaning more towards this being a P&D, but now im skeptical of that even. given they registered for a new webpage yesterday... not sure what to make of all this
