Or simply perhaps ask why women can not appear au-naturel in front of men.

One, big to me, why wear 3 inch high heels as if that makes them more attractive to men.

Wearing high heels damages muscle, bone and the vertebral column, plus it causes a woman to walk as if she has a structural deformity.

Remember many years ago "in fashion" dictated that women buy new cloths (aka spend money) that had shoulder inserts that when a man walked behind such woman his thoughts were "If that was her bone structure upon naked, then she does indeed have a deformity very undesirable."
