Think about this in light of American men "... when a woman walks about like that, to excite men in a sexual manner, then for men to approach her in that sexual context she initiated is giving the woman what she has advertised for."

versus

"Women and their freedom to initiate wanton lust in men must be respected, and not judged as incorrect, and woman must be protected in the street."
