If VSYM ever did a second reverse split,

here is an example of another company who did one in July 2016 and their resultant change in stock price.

The share price after the split was around $0.40-$0.45. 16 months later the share price is $0.45.

The spread in the bid/ask price is .03 today. Why buy at the ask and immediately lose $.03 per share? No incentive to buy. And this company has revenue: 11/15/2017 "Year-to-date revenue of $30.8 million". Volume: 119,790.
