A long time employee/officer, now a shareholder for the first time. If she followed the rules the purchases were made within the last 10 days. 270,309 shares purchased (out of a little less than 400,000 traded over the last 10 days). If the average price was .14 that's $37,843 worth for what is about 1.25% of the o/s. Meaningful, imo
