They've never done a good job of keeping investors informed. I agree that the market cap is very low but market caps go to extremes on the otc, means little as a valuation, imo. True of most of the other traditional valuations as well like price to sales. I've found many over the years that if they were large enough to be on the Nasdaq would sell for multiples of what they trade for on the otc based on traditional valuations. But on the otc they don't move, sometimes don't trade at all. Other than promotions the only things that move OTC stocks are changes. Reverse mergers, management shakeups, return to profitability, that type of thing. There's no point in "investing" based on traditional values "down here." In almost 10 years I found only one stock who's combination of assets, business, and management were worth a long term hold. It ended up going from .03 to the .20's where I think it's fairly valued so I'm out of it now. Other than that I look for those changes and buy if unnoticed. Then sell out if they move. And I flip things short term on news or momentum. That was my plan here. Buy quickly when the 10q came out if it was good, then sell all. That's still my plan with ASNB. Have to wait until February is all
