A moderator should be a neutral party, one can surmise a party is not neutral by reviewing their posts.

Don't be silly. It's no different than judges; they have opinions; they vote in elections, shares their views with friends, gamble, root for the home team, etc. When exercising their judicial duties they check those biases at the door since the laws they adjudicate are "neutral" just like the rules here.

Stickies are only able to be posted by moderators, therefore, it would be a conflict of interest if a moderator were not neutral, as they have the "POWER" to fill up stickies that favor their position.

Each moderator controls one (1) sticky. Not two, not all. I would also note that a large percentage of stickies by moderators are others' posts, not their own.

When new users enter at any given time the forum, stickies do appear to be truth/fact.

No, they don't. They are are merely stickied posts. If a reader wants to consider them to be the truth, that's their privilege and duty. It's no different than any other content that they consume. How on earth would you know how they appear to thousands of other people? (Answer: you don't; you only know how they appear to you. Suggestion: Take ownership of your own responsibilities and decisions and quit blaming others for them.)

Funny, very funny that you would even attempt to defend that is logically flawed, reflecting that you sir are indeed not neutral either, or you just lack logic, which is it?

Well, I've been at this for around 22 years, and over 136 million user posts on this site alone. You been here since last year, with a whopping 66 posts and, appallingly, 41 of which have been removed for TOS violations. I'll let those facts speak for themselves to any interested reader.

If moderators should be neutral, then the tendency is to believe what they have to say, or hang on every word, its natural, just like you are using your power to expect users to believe what you have to say, sound similar????

Moderators are allowed to express their views just like any other user and subject to the same rules as every other user. It is you who says they are supposed to be neutral, but you have no standing in the matter. In the unlikely event that you were to become a moderator, you would be able to express your on-topic views irrespective of your investment sentiment, positive, negative or neutral, just like the thousands of other users who moderate.

Is it safe to assume that your comments have no more or less credibility than anyone else on these forums????

That is left for the reader to decide.

I actually find that you are attempting to use your power to persuade users to believe what you posted....hmmmmm

So? You are using your power as a poster to do the same thing, no? Readers are welcome to make their on assessments on who the misguided, argumentative dimwit is.

Moderators can enforce the TOS, but also at the same time have influence over users, via their power to sticky....therefore, a conflict of interest exists.

Can I assume you okay with stickied posts with which you happen to agree?

Whether you like it or not, moderators are viewed as having "POWER", therefore, with power comes the use of that power, as power can have influence for the greater good or bad.

So do judges, politicians, umpires, referees, mediators, arbitrators, critics, assessors, appraisers, and magistrates. All of whom have personal opinions about the matters they adjudicate. They have those powers and can have influence for the greater good or bad. And life goes on.

I am an attorney, so, through forward-thinkin.

Surely you jest?! Wow. I mean, wow. I personally find that incredibly hard to believe. But, caveat emptor.

there will be fireworks to follow your response, I can assure you.

I'll go with Darwin's view.
