In the "Management Discussion and Analysis", there are 2 possibilities:

#1:
"QMC has received $??? which is part of $1 million promised fee from Frechfield for collaborating in its Smart Skinz" plus description of the proceeding, in such case, Q3 financial statement will show that amount in the company's Revenue.

#2:
"QMC and Freschfield decided to end the collaboration without any payment from Freschfield"
