good point. I do think there is a minor difference between the two. The deal with ND is something QMC needed to do to use their dots in a product. QMC went to ND whereas, I see FF coming to QMC to help them develop dots to work in their system, thus buying specifically designed dots from us in hopes to mass produce smartskins. At least this is how I see it. I admit the distinction is a small one. What matters is, did the development happen and did we receive the money? I think it was a significant amount of money to have on the books and you do not correct? I believe it never happened or Steve would have mentioned receiving said money in shareholders update IMO. I think the deal is dead and people will be looking for it in the upcoming reports. If it is not there I think confidence in the company will take a hit and so will the SP. Did not mean to make this an all day randori.
