Mark Malone hired as VP on May 22, 2017. Then he did land the Memorandum of Understanding with Elliott-Lewis Co. No other commercial news before or after.
SEC Form 3 on Sept 12, 2017, Mark Malone is awarded 30,000 shares. That is the only Direct ownership of MKRS stock. Indirectly his wife, daughter of CEO Meaney, owns only 1,000 shares.
Mark Malone and his wife should be substantial owners, but they are not.
Again, something excellent better happen soon.
