Littlejohn just wanted to note that although the OS does look up its not, and actually down by about 217 million. I noticed this issue awhile ago, but looks like the previous management had neglected to update the correct SS on their filings, and never reported it.

Below you can see the SS that I pulled from a post in 2014. And as you can see it reports the OS as 1,954,192,451.

Then the SS from 2016 below, the OS is also 1,954,192,451.

It is odd that the OS is listed the same from 2007-2016, especially when we know from filings that shares were issued like below.

So how can the OS still be the same in 2016 as it was in 2007 when shares were added previously? Doesnt make sense and shows how badly previous management neglected to update the true number. Below though is pulled from the last filing dated June 30th, 2017.

These numbers add up to an OS of 2,486,606,741 which would have been the more accurate OS. The new numbers listed on otcmarkets shows an OS of 2,269,192,451 as of Nov 1st 2017. Which is actually a decrease in the OS of -217,414,290. As you can see we cant use the cut and paste OS that previous management has used since 2007. But these new numbers of 2.2bill are more accurate, as they now have the Restricted and unrestricted laid out, you can see they spent time getting to the real numbers. Another great thing on top of it all, is the A/S is showing 5bill instead of 7bill now. I will keep checking colorado sos to see if the update comes across, but it looks like we have decreased the AS as well as the OS.
