Looks like a pump and dump to me. $16mil cap with what cash flow? Potentially buying 10 towers for $100K each... Let us know when you close and what kind of revenue is earned. Lack of specifics, LOIs and no concrete facts set the alarm bells for me. Loaded executive suite and a couple with actual wireless experience. Seems like numerous and better-tooled companies already operating in the SA market. They have a long way to go before investors other than insiders will see any conceivable ROI.
