I respectfully disagree...they are not dumping shares on the market, just look at the lack of volume. Also, insiders own 30M commons so diluting this hurts their wallet much more than ours. Also, they have several executives with plenty of tower experience. I agree, press releases have been vague but they have delivered what they promised so far.
