hardly .. if *god like* timing would be totally different .. just logic and common sense and the discipline to
note the tape of trades/volume avgs .. and what RT (real time) l2 .. would show vs what got *reported* ..
since March 2010

NR has mucked with every actual P2O investor since 2009's first illegal orchestration UP .. cycles of money working OTC targets like PTOI .. are very real .. and it almost always works to NRs' favor (that mucking) .. it's the very *rare* OTC target that SURVIVES NRs' *attn* .. and that is why NR *remains* all over PTOI

and has been even with 2017's *volume* (ever decreasing in alignment with that relentlessly compressed PPS) showing *reality* ..

hint .. when NR succeeds in parting legit shares out of actual investors .. *volume* doesn't fall off a cliff
it will increase to the tune of Millions b4 being systematically decreased

and not to point out the obvious but .. almost every legit buy gets mirrored .. should be an interesting few months ahead for actual P2O investors

and now every actual P2O investor who had a bid placed @ bid for the first half of the month .. knows why (for most) those bids were *bypassed* so that NR could feed themselves for that *paucity* of *volume*
(about 150k)
