Jaspers the scum has given himself more shares. He calls it compensation as per a swap of debt and such-and-such but I view it differently.

The only good thing I see here is that Burkhardt remains in his CEO capacity. However, I've yet to see any forward progress or even motion out of this pile of whatever it may be.

No definable business to be seen.

Definitely not worthy of investment by me and, I hope, others not to be taken in so easily.
