The structure of the agreements for financing necessitated this move which is a tiny increase if viewed properly. It seems to be a legal formality. Stay focused on the filings from the past and those fillings yet to come.

I'm my view, we are in genuinely good hands now and it will be proven with the elimination of the convertible debt w/o great effect on the current share structure.
