So let me see if I understand this filing. They already had 500 million shares they could issued but now it bumps up to 750 million +-. Sounds like these guys work for the goverment and can just print money. Pro could you explain how this is a good thing. I don't see any reason to raise it unless they are going to issue them. So they have $7.5 million dollars to play with is they value them at .01. What can they buy with that? No need to issue them to themselves they have controlling interest.
