Thanks, ZP, but it strikes me that we might be conflating two separate issues, that is, what the company is ultimately worth and what the current management team is willing to accept in a buyout.

Mark is what, 68 / 69 years old? I'm sure he wants to have a big score at the end of his career and do well by the shareholders but I'm not sure they'll be willing to stick around for the ultimate, absolute best price.

Either way, anyway, if things continue to progress as they now are, I think we'll be a bunch of happy campers.
