X, I don't think it was an officially stated deadline from ASM, but I do recall the two things needed to open the flood gates to JV's and have the giants coming to us were:

1) 25Gbs beta-proto demonstration device for customer evaluations

2) 50Gbs alpha-proto proving LWLG could scale to meet 400Gbs devices


So with these two developments now achieved and Dr Lebby stating that LWLG is now in the "demonstration phase", I don't think it is too much of a stretch to anticipate a significant JV within 3-6 months, so I am hopeful for end of 2017, but would fully expect by end of 1st quarter 2018, I also would not be surprised to see MULTIPLE JV's announced in this timeframe
