From reading the counter suit I am firmly in the camp that criminal activity occurred with the previous management.

If an individual had $1000.00 in their $200.00 wallet and someone mugged them and stole it. If that mugger offered to sell them back that wallet for $450.00 would it be a reasonable offer?

$0.01 paid back to a criminal is by far too much money.
