Currah and co. offered a very reasonable settlement to SRSR/Nio Star in February 2017 but Dan/Otto declined the offer so Currah and co. did what they had to do to to protect their interests: they sued.
You have never been to Nemegosenda, you have not read the plaintiff's original claims or the plaintiff's reply to Nio Star's counter claims, you have never reviewed Nio Star's books, you are not familiar with the mineral exploration business, yet you are convinced the plaintiff's claims are 'bogus'.
So how do you arrive at this conclusion?
Simple: you fervently believe whatever Dan Byrnes says.
That is the problem; Dan's credibility is less than zero as we can easily confirm by examining his behaviour towards his sister and his ex employees.
I means this guy stole his sister's money, and laid out his ex employees by buying a 'pinkie' stock with pension money.
This is not the type of behaviour that engenders trust.
Dan's propaganda has led many shareholders to similar wrong headed conclusions as your own.
It is a pity.
