CNCG - .0261 x .0425 This qualifies here under both the "acquisition" and the "POS" categories. Today they announced the cash purchase of Original Sprout." They have plenty of cash (over $6 million).

I say POS because I used to follow this company closely a few years ago (and made some profits) back when their primary product was dashcams. Then they branched out into purchases of all sorts of things, and they actually make some money (.01/share as of 6/30/17). But they've given out hundreds of millions of shares, and now there's a reverse split pending before 12/31/17, their second in 2 years. A little surprised their isn't some interest in today's news, though. Original Sprout not a startup, one of their products has thousands of positive reviews on Amazon. Just watching it for now.
