The suit by the House against the actions of the President (yes ACA)

And a judge (one district judge) saying the HOUSE had standing

May lead to a weakening of Executive power and a deterioration of the separation of powers

Lets put aside the issue - who wants Congress to be able to always over ride the President and castrate the Executive branch as in EOs
