They can talk about “potential” all they want. Pennies do it all the time. Which is why this stock will will not actually be “pennies” today as a result of that 8K. Most people know it is about as serious as any other OTC stock’s projection.

Now if they get to the point that they appear to be talking about something definitive then they need to be careful. I think this is why the caveat to the last 8K showed up the next day...someone realized they may have gone too far.
