This PR suggests that consumer-electronics devices may emit UV light as well as visible blue (HEV):

Computer monitors with fluorescent backlights did emit small amounts of UV, but LEDs have supplanted fluorescent backlights. So, the question is whether UV emission is still an issue for consumers.

Circadian-rhythm disturbance from HEV is a separate issue; fortunately, I seem to be unaffected.
