LOL. I pointed it out in my first post on this MB. Not a good move from the CEO because it gives the wrong impression.

BUT... it only applies to the INTEREST. 8% of $1M = $80,000. Which can be coverted into 80M shares.

That's why I said we should account for 250M shares (tops). Instead of the 167M we have now.
