If the news has been around for months that Traios could convert his 1 mil loan into over a billion shares I missed it.

This is the last straw for me.

Tons of promises that are never finalized and the shares being given to Stidham to find O and G properties already had me questioning this co.

When you look at Stidhams past dealings with pink sheet co's it is a book of crap.

I found this when it was trading below .02 and thought it could be a fantastic play based on the info provided by the co.

Since then the story has fallen off a cliff.

IMO
