OTTV- Manipulation is The Real Problem!! We need to "Counter" the Manipulation that is constantly going on....

Buying at the Ask we Contribute to Counter the Negative Impact that Flippers and Manipulators "Inflict" on the stock while buying at Bid we Play into the Flippers and Manipulators Hands!!!....Keeping the Ask UP by buying as soon as it is taken down even if it is whit a small amount of shares, they cannot get their way.......meaning they cannot take the PPS down more and more....

AS the PPS increase Flippers and Manipulators cannot Re-Enter lower than what they sold....

Losing money makes them quit and we have much more to gain....

Better to have less shares with a PPS that keep Increasing than million of shares with a PPS that is not doing well....
