Unfortunately the reason you can buy shares on the bid is because someone is willing to sell them! As an investors it's not my problem to make a penny stock look better than it is. Not smart. Creating a reason to hit the ask sits squarely on JF. The stock remains weak no matter what is posted here or tweeted by JF. Until this changes, its stupid to not try and grab shares at the bid. Good news is that OTTV is not terribly weak and volume is low. With worthwhile news the weakness will turn to strength. In the mean time be happy and grab shares at .0016. while folks are willing to sell.
