To be honest depends on the quality of their new debt structure and on it being non-toxic. If so, a break of the 80s doesn't show huge much resistance until .012 and after that then there's a gap in the .02c area above it. However a penny will most times prove resistance just on a mental basis even if .01 is meaningless on the chart. But since there are no sure things in trading we have to take small chunks of profit, little bits at a time on the way up.
