Yes, the stock is "totally dead" because the stock can no longer trade or have any value. Talk with your tax-return agency to ask them about claiming losses on the stock.

The stock can no longer trade on any public market or forum. Shareholders still own their stock but the stock will no longer have a ticker, ie., PFWIQ. Rather, Brokers will assign their own identifying symbol to Petrone Worldwide Inc.

With my remaining shares here, the one proactive choice I had left was beak up my remaining shares and priced them in milly blocks from .001 to .003 range in good until canceled orders that I will auto renew as they expire. The market order was a test, and nothing I had sold for the last 2 months.

Hello, sudhakar. The company has not filed any Financials for 5 years, plus the company is in bankruptcy. The SEC Admin. Law Judges will absolutely revoke the company's SEC registration so there will no ticker/symbol when that occurs, and the then privately held stock will not be able to trade on any public market. Shareholders will still own shares with an identifying number. The company is also in bankruptcy so you could contact the company and/or the Trustee in Bankruptcy to learn of any outcomes expected from the bankruptcy.
