Kim has no reason to omit the agency name that still needs to agree.

I wouldn't do it to advertise to those that follow, the steps we went through. Not sure how protected our IP is, so why tell the folks that find a way to do what we did, exactly what will be needed. Just some critical thinking.

I wonder if Kim is slow playing this differently than normal. Maybe they got a verbal green light to send in eggs for quarantine. There are enough signals to conclude either way. I think Jon nailed it.
