Looks like its going to be 80M or so shares to get this over with.

A minuscule % of the OS.

Everything you can expect a CEO to do since he took over in 2016 is being done.

In 2016 company had $3M in inherited debt and no income.

The income has been taken care of, and this takes care of the debt.

Cant go from cellar to penthouse in 3 months.
