I'm completely confused by your post..you are saying kblb is not allowed to send worms to Vietnam..then you post a quote from the pr that expressly states they are allowed to import the worms..as if that supports your contention..??

central gov approval was the key...that was always the key...I just thought they couldn't get it without mard approval first...but they did..
