Knowing how conservative Kim has been releasing any news I'm certain he is very confident that the next step will be signing the proper documents to set up operations in Vietnam. This is very good news, imo. Additionally I don't think that Kim would jeopardize years of painstaking negotiations to release a premature pr that could potentially derail the final outcome. We shall see, but I feel that the final drafts are being written but verbally approved while waiting on the final contracts to be produced for formal signing.
