"Verbal approval could be central gov approval pending MARD approval."

i agree...mard approval has always been the problem and it stands to reason if there's still one approval needed, it would be them..

"It could be the recent volume spike was Kim selling personal shares to support operations while waiting on the financing"

again, agreed...i thought that selling was unusual to say the least...appeared to be one entity who needed a set amount of money and didn't care how many shares it took to hit that target or at what prices they sold at..thus the extreme lows that no one would want to sell at...unless you had hundreds of millions of free shares..
it appeared that the key wasn't how many shares were sold or at what prices as would normally be the case..instead it appeared the goal was to generate a certain amount of money..

"Maybe a months worth of money."

i think they already have enough to last a few months...im guessing this money is needed for other reasons..initial payments/rent on vietnamese property..refurbishing..equipment..things like that...until whatever financing has been arranged comes through...

or maybe kim just wanted to buy his wife a small seaside villa in nam..who knows...we all just guessing..
