I agree. Those 4 defendants had what, 4 million shares at most? 50 million other shares to go after, but this has never been a concern to me. I would've considered this "cost to buy the shell". But if they want to go after it, by all means, any shares we get back is a win, and any shares we don't is neutral/no-harm-done.
