Why is it whenever the pps of a penny stock goes down it is MM manipulation and when it goes up it new investors coming in??? LOL.

If you actually believe it is MM manipulation, this is where complaints can be lodged. Also talk to your broker.

Otherwise the idea that some market makers are spending any time worrying about the pps of a subpenny OTC stock is ridiculous.
