With all due respect to your trading acumen, there are no "absolutes" and "always" doesn't apply in my statement.

No, it's not "always" there is manipulation, but in OTC land it happens. Is it happening this morning???? Neither you or I can say for sure. But one thing is for sure, you can take the word "always" out of the equation, but it stock manipulation DOES HAPPEN!

They are not understanding that no MM is doing "DD" for a stock, they do not care what stock they are trading. They care about $.

Can you imagine the big V going: "Uhhh guys, you know there's an PR coming soon so lets hold off for now" - there's 3 things wrong with that sentence, I guess you know which things.
