Bottom line is they cannot pay. I see filings a way to enforce the judgement against AdvisorShares. I'm not going off the previous filings of an option to get 60%. I'm now seeing an option to take over AdvisorShares. This is just merely an informed opinion. Take it with a grain of salt if you'd like. Good luck to us!
