The new filings don't give any indication that Thomas is trying to gain ownership. He is asking the judge to rule on a payment plan and he points out how much Noah is paying himself to show that the company can make payments.

Also, the settlement documents make it clear that upon default fund can pay 4.8 for the 60% or can file for judgement.

Now maybe they can't pay and Thomas is negotiating an exchange of ownership for forgive of the debt but there is no indication that is taking place. If you do know something that others don't congratulations, but if your just hoping that what your saying happens I wouldn't hold my breath.
